The Morales Family has served this Industry since 1957 when Grace and Joe Morales founded the J.H. Morales Sales Company in Nashville, TN. Today, Mobile, AL based Tim Morales & Associates carries forward this rich “Family Tradition”.
Morales founded Tim Morales & Associates as a spinoff of his parent’s rep firm in 1997. His company now represents industry leading manufacturers along the Gulf Coast states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

Tim Morales is the principal of Tim Morales & Associates, Inc. The son of a mechanical contractor turned manufacturer’s representative, Tim is a thirty-eight-year industry veteran. Tim is a Past Chairman of AIM/R, the Association of Independent Manufacturers Representatives which represents over 300 Rep Agencies across North America; He has also served on various Boards including the Birmingham Chapter of American Society of Plumbing Engineers and the Alabama Chapter of American Society of Interior Designers. Tim currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American Supply Association and is Co-Chair of the Southern Wholesalers Association, Mechanical Products Council. 2017 marked the Morales family’s 60th anniversary in the rep business.
With over 20 years’ experience in plumbing sales, Richie joined Tim Morales & Associates in 2006. He has lived in Mobile, AL for over 30 years and attended the University of South Alabama. Richie has spent the bulk of his career working directly with plumbing contractors, a key to his wholesale success. In addition to his account responsibilities, Richie serves as Corporate Sales Manager. He also sidelines as part-owner of Callaghan’s Irish Social Club in Mobile, Ala. Callaghan’s is Mobile’s oldest pub, operating since 1946.
The son of a plumber, Barry has a strong industry background, starting with Noland Company in 1985. Barry joined the ranks of plumbing representative’s in 1997. A cattle farmer by hobby, some say Barry works 60 hours a week just to pay for feed. As the Alabama territory manager, Barry guides sales operations throughout the state of Alabama.
An Atlanta native and graduate of Hampden-Sidney University, Alex joined the agency as an outside salesman in October of 2007. Previously Alex worked with Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta, GA and Jackson, MS. With over 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Alex has excellent relationships with major end users and guides business to wholesalers throughout the State of Mississippi and north Louisiana. Alex recently completed his CPMR certification. Alex is an Eagle Scout with two beautiful young children. He is also an avid runner.
Randy utilizes over forty years of relationships and industry knowledge to the benefit of the factories we represent. His experience in both wholesale distribution and factory representation makes him uniquely qualified to capture market share for our clients. A proud grandfather, an avid hunter, fisherman and sports enthusiast, Randy provides experienced leadership to our commercial, industrial and utility sales teams.
Emmitt Fagerstrom joined Tim Morales & Associates in March of 2012 with a focus on business development. He travels from the Florida Panhandle to Louisiana with a focus on the contracting and specification trades.
Brad Sandridge joined Tim Morales & Associates in September of 2016 as part of the business development team. With over 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Brad has excellent relationships with major end users and guides business to wholesalers throughout south Louisiana.
With over 16 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Scott Cavender joined Tim Morales & Associates in April of 2019. He guides sales and operations in middle and east Tennessee.
Jim Boerma is a native of Pensacola Florida. He began his career with Sears, holding management positions in retail and commercial sales. Jim entered the plumbing industry in 1996 where he worked in sales and management positions at both Jacuzzi and Aquatic Bath. Jim is married with two sons. When not seeking business opportunities for Tim Morales & Associate’s, he enjoys the white sands of Pensacola Beach, Florida and the clear waters of Lake Martin in Alabama.
Pete Gonzales joined Tim Morales & Associates in February 2019 as part of the business development team covering south Louisiana and Mississippi. Pete brings invaluable knowledge of the industry with over 50 years of experience. He worked for Keller Supply which was eventually purchased by Coburn’s for 23 years as a commercial outside salesman and moved up the ranks to sales manager. Pete has been married to his wife, Connie, for over 40 years and they have two sons.
A business development team member, Hal brings to the agency a strong resume based on decades of experience from the wholesale perspective. Hal uses his vast network of industry relationships to research market opportunities and pave the way for our sales associates.
A native of Mobile, AL, Kelly joined the agency in 2012 as an inside sales person. Prior to working for TMI, she was the manager at Radney Funeral Home where she honed her fantastic customer service skills. Kelly plays a key and proactive role supporting the traditional plumbing wholesale channel; as well as, the contractor base. From parts to expedites, Kelly delivers five star service with smile.
A native of Mobile, AL, Karen joined the firm in 2009. She previously co-owned Wheeler & Associates where for 15 years she worked in sales marketing, trained salespersons and handled administrative duties. In addition to her responsibilities as inside sales and office manager, Karen is also quick to help out with counter days and other industry events.
Wally returned to Team Morales in 2014 after a stint with Ferguson-Wolseley. He brings over 20 years of experience to our inside sales team with an emphasis on industrial products. Wally heads up inside sales on the commercial and industrial side. He will complete his CPMR certification in early 2020.
The odds on favorite to be the next CEO, Jessica joined the staff in April of 2011. She holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Troy University. Jessica serves as accounting & operations manager for the agency. She also leverages her media, communications and public relations experience to the advantage of the agency. Jessica completed her CPMR certification at the University of Texas. Prior to joining TMI, Jessica served as Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Middle Tennessee State University. She could also run ESPN.
Joining the agency in 2016, Colin is focused on commercial products. An engineering major, he handles sizing and recommending products for commercial and institutional applications.
Tom brings over 35 years of experience to our inside sales team with an emphasis on commercial and industrial products. With a strong background in PVF he provides an invaluable resource to our agency.
Andrew is the Quotations and Content Coordinator for TMI. This includes identifying, quoting and tracking jobs using Dodge as well as other programs. In addition to job quoting, Andrew also assists with content management for both principals and customers. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in civil engineering.
Maggie Eldredge is the bookkeeper for Tim Morales & Associates. She is a junior at the University of South Alabama majoring in meteorology. She is an active member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and is treasurer of the Meteorology Club.
